I try to do everything I can on
a project-by-project-basis.
Once we make contact and decide I am the person you need,
I'll write up a quote (or a proposal for larger projects).
My quotes specify the work to be done, payment terms and a
deadline for completion along with any other details necessary
so everyone knows what's expected and when.
After the quote is approved and the down-payment is
received, I add your project to my schedule. I'll usually
start familiarizing myself with any materials you send my way
immediately, even if the project isn't due for weeks. This
helps my subconscious formulate better ideas so I always try
to get as much as I can as soon as possible.
Most of the time, I stay in close contact with one or more
people in your office while the project is underway. While we
both have our jobs to do, I understand some clients like more
updates than others. On my end, I occasionally need
clarification on some detail or another - especially if it
involves a major aspect of the approach we take.
A word about rush jobs...
Generally speaking, I don't do them. On the other hand, as
I am an advocate of good client relationships, I try to help
when I can. Please understand, while anyone can get in a bind,
rush jobs are often counterproductive parts of your marketing
mix. My best advice is... avoid them.
So what about you?
Rest assured, I never charge to quote a project. If you
think we might be able to work together, why not ask for a
quote? There's no obligation and if nothing else, my quote may
give you some perspective on what it will take to get your
project rolling. To get started, fill out the form below or
